Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We use carrier-calculated rates to ensure you get the most accurate pricing.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed by 12 PM CST)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Fragile Items Some of our items — including glass cutting boards and wall clocks — are fragile and packed with extra care. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us at info@rockportdreamdesings.net with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll make it right!
